Angela Poggioni is a visual artist and photographer from Florence, Italy, and New York City. She has an MA in Philosophy and studied Fine Arts at the Art Students League of New York. She has been nationally recognized by Audubon Artists, The New York Times, American Photographer and others for her oil paintings, photographs and works in mixed media. Her subjects range from the mundane to the transcendental, with themes including motherhood, nostalgia, transience and identity.
